Thermometer

I use it to monitor the temp in my HLT. It was only a degree off when I calibrated it in an ice bath and boiling water. It was 2 degrees of in the mid range according to my Thermopen. Close enough for me when heating sparge water. It also hasn't misted over yet after 5 batches. My Blichmann Thermometer can't say that.

Great product as always. accurate, adjustable, and great repeatability. I have purchased three of these and they all work fantastic batch after batch. No fogged up lense, no issues. They also make a great reference for the PID's during a batch.

Excellent quality - same as boilermaker probes.
